For Metro Manila orders, expect delivery within 2-3 business days. Provincial orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days via our partner couriers.
Do you offer a warranty on your items?
Yes, all products come with a standard 7-day replacement policy for manufacturing defects. Specific electronics or high-value items may include an extended 6-month to 1-year service warranty.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt provided they are in original, unopened packaging. Please note that change-of-mind returns are subject to a restocking fee.
